Access to and use of the hero77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. hero77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified. Underage gambling is prohibited, and any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
The hero77 Platform is operated with primary services directed toward residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. Each player is permitted to hold one Account on hero77. Material misrepresentations in registration information will result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hero77 will not be held responsible for unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify hero77 immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account. hero77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting hero77 customer support. hero77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or regulatory direction. In the event of Account closure by hero77, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Deposits are credited to your hero77 Account balance within five minutes under normal circumstances during banking hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within five minutes during Banking Hours on weekdays. Withdrawals submitted outside Banking Hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be queued and processed on the next available Banking Day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally processed faster and may complete within minutes regardless of time of day, subject to the e-wallet provider's own processing schedule.
hero77 requires that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the method used for the corresponding deposit. For example, funds deposited via BCA must be withdrawn to a BCA account registered in the same name as the hero77 Account holder. This requirement is in place to prevent fraudulent fund movements and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations. hero77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on the hero77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hero77 does not currently accept foreign-currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the player.
All bonuses and promotions offered by hero77 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limitations, which are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10x) the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus before any withdrawal can be processed. Only eligible games contribute fully to wagering requirements; certain game categories (including live dealer games and low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
hero77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. All bonuses expire after 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be automatically removed from your Account balance without notice.
